I know these problems well
Executive Coach
For eight years I helped run a family business in New York City — we grew it, hit our numbers, missed our numbers, kept moving forward. The stress was there either way. It just found a new shape. I kept looking at the business for the problem. It took me a long time to realize I was looking in the wrong place.
That's why I do this work. I've lived the internal friction that high performers carry. I know what it feels like to succeed by every external measure and still feel like you're forcing it.
How I work
Most coaching focuses on what you do. This work focuses on what's driving it. In sessions we work with what's actually present — not just talking about the problem, but working with it directly. Between sessions, small experiments that gradually shift how your body and mind respond.
The goal isn't a better version of the same thing. It's a different relationship to the work altogether.
Find what's driving it
Not the symptom — the pattern generating it.
Work with it directly
In sessions we work with what's present, not just talk about it.
Practice between sessions
Small, specific experiments that shift how your body and mind respond.
Still not sure if we're a fit? Let's find out
We'll talk for about an hour and see if working together makes sense.
